Earning Criteria

  • Participants completed a series of pre-work consisting of asynchronous exercises, readings, and reflections to build a foundational understanding of Executive Presence and Leadership Skills.
  • Participants completed session one. They understand the importance of first impressions in leadership and are able to identify key factors that influence how they’re perceived. They reviewed foundational concepts through class discussions, participated in pairs for reflection exercises, and self-assessed their current Executive Presence.
  • Participants completed session two. They developed effective communication techniques, including body language, tone, and engagement strategies. They participated in role-play scenarios, group discussions on communication challenges, and exercises to improve active listening and empathy.
  • Participants completed session three. They can create a compelling personal brand and use conversational intelligence to build trust and influence. They explored personal branding, role-plays to practice conversational skills, and reflection questions to assess progress.
  • Participants completed session four. They know key leadership concepts such as psychological safety, empathy, neuroleadersip influence and effective goal-setting. They participated in self-reflection on personal leadership style, discussions on purpose-driven leadership, and exercises to develop strategies for goal achievement.
